Note: –

1. Police security BDT 5,000/- which is fully refundable if proper security is arranged as per rules.
2. If we do not find any security as per our demand/ as we consulted, the 5,000/- will be deducted.
3.  The full amount must be paid before the flight and police security money is 5,000 TK (refundable)
4. The departure and waiting time is fixed. If the waiting period exceeds the time limit, additional fees will be charged for every additional hour.
5. This flight can be rescheduled due to weather issues, VIP movement or technical issues
6. Confirmed flight may be canceled or not flown due to weather, civil aviation restriction or any other factors beyond our control without any prior notice. In that case, the full amount will be refunded.
7. Additional charges will be added if any changes are made to the landing place.
8. Flying on Friday & Govt. holidays additional Tk. 20, 000/- will be added for each flight.
9. Minimum two (02) working days is required to get flight approval from Civil aviation authority of Bangladesh.
10. Prohibited Items can not be Used in flight
11. Landing place should be Identified by the concern party.
12. The concern person or organization needs to provide pilot rest room and the safety of the Helicopter.
13. As the Hub of the Helicopter is HSIA, Helicopter should come back half an hour before the sun set, It is obligatory to return to the airport as per CAAB Rules.
14. Maximum Luggage wait is 25KG, Luggage Size is (30″x18″x12″).

Safety information

• Passengers are to follow safety brief by the pilots/crew
• For remote place landing passengers/clients need to prepare own heliport, ensure security of the heliport by police, take Clarence of the helicopter landing, ensure wind shocks, heliport marking.
• One must be physically fit to fly in air. Sick persons are to inform before.
• Doctors must provide certificate for a patient to fly for Medical Evacuation
• Passengers are covered with insurance during the flight

Cancellation Policy:

1*. 24 hours before the flight schedule – forfeiture of 100% of the total fare.
2**. Within 72 hours prior to flight schedule – forfeiture of 50% of the total fare.
